The First Crazy Car... Ford Mustang

Hi all,

I know, you must have been waiting a long time for some blog from my side. Finally got the time and decided to write on some new topic and the idea strikes my mind... I just had a crazy drive in crazy car lately (Last sunday!) but I'll come to that car as latest topic in this blog series...

So, the title has already told you the name of that car... Yes! It was bloody RED FORD Mustang GT 500 Convertible with Automatic transmission freaking 5.4L (5400 cc) 500 HP V8 Engine. Most of you must have seen my pic on gtalk (in which I look like Imran Hashmi, people say! I don't :) ) But for those who did not get to see that snap here is a series of snaps...

Now, back to business. I had always been imagining myself driving all the crazy beasts (vehicles) available here in USA. On a fine sunny day (in Seattle!) we decided to give the company to others in our own FORD Mustang! Yes, its the bloody furious 20 grand roaring machine... You must have watched the "Death race" in which Jason Stathom stars as a race driver.

We started off from our home in Bellevue with loads of photo session with the car... The full masti gang had gathered at Hampton greens! And off course the point of attraction was us with our Brand New Ford Mustang (Off course rental when did I say I bought it???) Any way, finally we started off towards destination the "Wild Waves Water Park", we were totally unaware of the power of the beast and we did not know that we were going to fly with the beast. With a slow, steady start we just got the glimpse of the power until we headed towards the Hwy 520 from Redmond/Bellevue to I 405. As we got on to the Freeway I 405, I started feeling like "I am the king of the world with all powers in my hands and I can fly!"

The car took us from 0 - 40 MPH in 4 seconds. When we got down onto the freeway, we were flying by 70 MPH within 3 seconds. Trust me, we were in the heavens created by human... I was just thinking "Yes! this is it! where power ends!" We reached the destination within half an hour and thought "that's it?" "Is that all?" "Sheet!!!" these were the words out of our mouths. Finally we got down to have more fun at the Wild waves water park, but I was more excited about the return journey to reveal the real power of the beast! After long tiring water play we got back and returned to our home with flying speeds. My friend used to say one thing... "Who says I drive fast??? I fly low... ;)" And trust me I just felt that was true...

I just came back with all joy and satisfaction in mind saying that this was the dream come true and this is the end... But alas! The real things were yet to be revealed...
